Director of Sales & Marketing

SitterTree is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing operations. This is a full-time remote role based in the U.S. The Director of Sales & Marketing is a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for creating SitterTree’s integrated sales and marketing strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will wear multiple hats - strategist, team leader, and hands-on contributor.

Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong digital marketing knowledge: SEO, email marketing, paid ads, CRM tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress
Analytics: Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
Experience managing small teams and working in resource-constrained environments

Preschool Sales Representative

SitterTree is seeking a Preschool Sales Representative to sell SitterTree’s online services to new preschools and early learning centers seeking child care providers. This is a full-time remote role based in the U.S. The role of the sales team is to generate and close new business opportunities by developing and nurturing relationships with key decision makers at child care centers and with contacts at corporate and franchise headquarters. You will also act as customer success, providing ongoing account support to promote retention and increased sales for your accounts.

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and own car to drive to/from sales activities (visits, meetings, conferences)
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for sales visits and conferences
Familiarity with using a CRM (ideally Hubspot) to track leads and sales activities
Previous experience in child care center management and/or corporate/franchised child care companies ideal, but not required
Effective networking skills, ability to build rapport, leverage connections, establish and maintain relationships that create loyalty and go beyond a purely financial interaction
High social battery and demonstrated stamina to complete high volume of phone calls, in-person visits, and long hours of talking at conferences and events
Resilience and perseverance to learn from rejection, stay motivated towards goals, and remain persistent in follow-up without being pushy
Goal oriented, driven and ambitious to achieve and exceed sales goals
