Lifecycle Marketing Manager
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own SitterTree’s email channel end-to-end, driving engagement, conversion, and revenue across both sides of the marketplace. This role is responsible for building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs that activate new users, increase job applications, and drive repeat bookings.
This is a highly executional role for a strong copywriter who can translate business goals into clear, compelling messaging that drives action. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will craft high-performing emails across onboarding, engagement, and retention—ensuring every send is purposeful, well-written, and conversion-focused.
This person will manage campaign strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance across Mailchimp and HubSpot, continuously testing and iterating to improve open rates, click-through rates, and downstream conversion. They operate with urgency and use email as a key lever to drive marketplace liquidity and growth.
