What if my sitter cancels at the last minute?
On the rare occasion that your sitter needs to cancel, our incredible support team is available to assist in booking another sitter- or help make you the next best arrangement.
What’s the hourly rate per sitter?
The minimum hourly rate varies by city. Want to offer a higher rate to incentivize sitters to take your job when demand is high? Go for it!
What if I only want to use SitterTree once?
