Flexible babysitting jobs in Phoenix, AZ

Hello I’m Alexis my partner is Ricky We have a 3y little girl, she potty trained, she is every where loves to play with her toys and definitely makes a mess, I just started working again , nights , my family was watching her during that, but are wanting me to find daycare but we work nights ,Ricky works during day and nights unfortunately, and we don’t want daycare but we are now needing someone to watch her while we work , our roommates are not available to do so , so we have to find a babysitter for that , Lettie as I had stated she is every where , she loves food and to play she knows how to say she has to potty she will tell you so you’d have to just tell her to go potty , she like to make a mess and get into a lot of things she isn’t supposed to , we do have a bunk bed in our room , the bottom will be cleaned off so when she does go to bed which should be around 9 but she refuses to actually go to bed we try to not use the tv (projector in the bedroom) the tv doesn’t work have to get rid of it , but we try to avoid using the tv for her but she love toons , and books , dinosaur, cars , and just to play in general, but she will rip books , I have tried to read to her but she doesn’t like me doing so she’ll take it and throw it , but she loves to just sit and try on her own , but she is only 3 , she tries to count I try to teach her but still learning how to teach her stuff , she doesn’t like to listen all that well but it seems to just be with me that she’ll do that with , well almost every one but more with me , I’m not sure what all I need to put in this , it’s my first time actually looking for a babysitter and I’m finding that most sites make you pay to even be able To get a sitter , and tbh we don’t really have that much most of our money goes to bills but we do need a sitter we go in at 5 so need to start at 4 pm but we get goff at 12:30 (midnight ) and idk the thing won’t let me put that
