Quality Standards

Quality standards support the best experience for members of our community. To use the SitterTree platform, members must meet the following quality standards:

• Minimum 4.5 average rating
• Maximum 3 last-minute cancellations within 90 days
• Maximum 2 blocks from completed jobs within 12 months
• 0 No-shows or last-minute cancellations on your first job
