Quality
Maintain a minimum 4.5 rating
Consistency
No more than 3 last-minute cancellations within 90 days
Reliability
No no-show or last minute cancellation on your first job
Engagement
Maximum of 2 blocks within 12-months
Frequently asked questions
A last-minute cancellation is any cancellation made within 12 hours of a job start time.
A no-show is a failure to arrive at a booked job at the scheduled start time or a failure to cancel a booked job before the start time.
Blocking is a feature used to prevent a service provider from viewing or applying to jobs you post. Blocking is always anonymous.
Average ratings are calculated by summing all ratings received and dividing by the total number of ratings.
Sitter accounts that do not meet minimum Quality Standards may be closed or be restricted to applying to jobs for past families and groups who have added them as a Favorite.
