Flexible babysitting jobs in Green Cove Springs, FL

We are looking for a warm, reliable sitter/nanny to help care for our two children, ages 2 years old and almost 10 months. Both parents work from home, so we will be home and available if needed, but we are looking for someone who can actively engage with the kids during the day. Our goal is to give them more one-on-one attention, age-appropriate activities, play, learning opportunities, and new experiences as they get older and more aware. We are ideally looking for help during the week and may eventually need more consistent Monday–Friday care depending on fit and cost. To start, we are open to a gradual schedule, such as 2–3 days per week, so the kids can get comfortable and we can make sure it is a good match for everyone. Responsibilities would include supervising and engaging the children, age-appropriate play and learning activities, preparing snacks/simple meals, helping with naps, diaper changes, toddler support, and light child-related cleanup. We have two cats in the home, so comfort with pets is important. We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, attentive, CPR/First Aid certified, comfortable caring for both an infant and toddler at the same time, and willing to follow our existing routines for naps, meals, and daily structure.
