CHILDREN’S BIBLE TEACHER (Lead Role) Are you passionate about helping kids know Jesus in a fun, engaging, and Spirit-filled environment? Harbor City Church is seeking Christ-centered, dependable individuals who love God and love children to serve as Children’s Bible Teachers or Helpers (Ages: 2–5 or K5–10). This is more than a childcare role—it’s a ministry opportunity to help children encounter the love of Jesus and build a foundation of faith that will last a lifetime. As part of our kids ministry team, you’ll help plant seeds of faith by: * Teaching simple, age-appropriate Bible lessons * Leading or assisting with worship, crafts, and activities * Creating a safe, joyful, and nurturing space rooted in God’s Word. Who We’re Looking For: * You have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects biblical values * You’re comfortable teaching Bible stories, praying with children, and supporting their spiritual growth * You are teachable, patient, and passionate about ministry to the next generation * You are at least 19 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. What To Expect: We require all first time applicants to receive training before Sunday’s church service. It will give us time get to know each other better, match you well with the age group you’ll be working with, prepare for Sunday - go over curriculum, guidelines, expectations, boundaries, routines, classroom norms/rhythms, check-in, check-out and support you best during your time with us.
