Looking for a sitter for two children, ages (3 months and 2 years).

To work with our babies and the 3 and 4 year olds - separate rooms while the parents enjoy an evening of worship.

The Kids Care Team Members provide safe, loving child care for the daytime women's Bible study at Lighthouse Church. Kids Care is provided so that moms can participate in group meetings that assist their spiritual growth and connection with the church, while knowing that their kids are being loved and cared for. This role requires flexibility and dedication to the women's ministry of Lighthouse Church. Essential Job Functions: ● Provide Kids Care for scheduled events (morning and evening shifts available) ● Arrive 20 minutes prior to beginning of event to prepare space/classroom ● Receive kids into class in orderly and friendly manner ● Work with fellow Kids Care workers to facilitate and participate in games, songs, puzzles, crafts, snack time, and other activities while kids are in class ● Meet the needs of all children in kids care by providing a safe and fun environment ● If parent approval is given, change diapers and help children in the bathroom when needed ● Release children to parents/guardians following LH Kids security procedures ● Clean and reset space/classroom after children have been picked up ● Follow all directions from LH Staff Member running the event

Arrive ready to receive children at 9:45am. Assist the Children's Ministry Coordinator with providing care and activities for children ages 3-5 years old during the ladies Bible study. Attendance will be variable with no more than 5 children expected. The activities will vary each week, but will include a Bible lesson, a craft, music, and time on the playground as the weather permits. Dress is casual, yet appropriate for a church setting. Parents will pick up their children no later than 11:45am.
