Teach age-appropriate Bible lessons in a creative and engaging way to children ages 4-6. Lead children in worship, prayer, memory verses, crafts, and activities Create a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment Encourage positive behavior using patience, kindness, and consistency Help children understand basic biblical principles and Christian values Prepare lesson materials and classroom supplies before services Follow church safety, attendance, and check-in/check-out procedures Communicate respectfully with parents, guardians, and ministry leaders Work collaboratively with assistants and volunteers Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization after each service
