Elevation Church Columbia is hosting a Women's event on Friday, September 25. Normally, this is an event where we don't have childcare and encourage dads to stay with the kids for a "girls night" vibe at church, but we want to cater this night's childcare to more of our single moms and volunteer children! This job will be for someone who loves children, has patience, is actively walking with Jesus in their faith, and loves to serve families! 5:30 will be call time to watch the volunteer children (should not be alot of kids), and then the event will start at 7:00 so some more kids will join you then until ~9:30PM.

Elevation Church Columbia is having a worship night at 6:30 PM every other Wednesday night starting September 2. These nights are a space for our church to have our youth groups in our lobby, studying the Bible, and worship in the auditorium for adults and childcare for children! What childcare looks like: Babies' room opened, as well as a bigger kids' room! We have lots of toys and games in our bigger kids' room and often put a movie on or a Christian streaming service on the TV! We will have a cue sheet in the rooms to help facilitate activities / have some room management. This may include a bible story time / some worship time you will encourage children to participate in! I am looking for at least 4 sitters (as of now) to take care of babies - 5th graders safely and lovingly. We will provide pizza every night for you and the children, and if we have any leftovers, we love to send some home with our sitters! Our number one priority is safety, but our second is that our children are loved in a Jesus-honoring way. This position would fit best if you are a Christian who is actively following Jesus and LOVES children! We are hosting a special event to honor all of our amazing volunteers! We are in need of childcare workers who love Jesus and can care for our volunteers children during this event. Each age group from Birth-5th grade will be in age appropriate rooms, set up with all supplies you will need, this night will include lots of play with pre selected movie options. This will immensely bless our volunteers as they are usually the ones caring for everyone's children. Come hang out with some awesome children!
