Hi! I’m Rylee, and I’ve always loved working with kids, and childcare has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember. I come from a big family with five younger siblings, including a toddler who just turned three, so I’ve grown up helping with little ones every day. From ages 12–16, I regularly babysat for friends, families in my community, and at church events, which helped me build patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. I later worked at my local YMCA daycare, where I gained hands-on experience with groups of children, daily routines, and fun, age-appropriate activities.
