I am a 25 year old woman who arrived to USA from Colombia two years ago. I have full time experience with two kids, one toddler and one 8 year old boy. As a nanny, I make sure to communicate any questions and update the parents often to make sure they know everything is going well! In the same way, I appreciate clarity in the instructions parents can give me. Every child is different so I know I need time to get to know them and for them to get to know me.
