Support our infant class by assisting with diaper changes, bottles, naps, etc.

Provide care for 9 children ranging from ages 2 years old to 11 years old. We have a fully furnished United Kids area with plenty of toys, games, books, and a mounted TV for watching Christian based content. All parents will be in a leadership meeting upstairs.

Child care provider needed for a Church located in Atlanta on Sun, August 16, 2026 from 8:30 AM - 12:45 PM.

Position summary: You will provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for infants and toddlers (ages 0–2) during Sunday services at Morningside Church. Responsibilities: You will create a warm, clean, and secure environment while providing direct supervision and hands-on care for the sweet babies at our church. You will feed, change diapers, and comfort children as needed, following each family's instructions, and engage the children through age-appropriate play, holding, and gentle interaction. There will always be at least two people in the nursery, so you will never be on your own. Qualifications and requirements: Genuine warmth toward and patience with infants and young children. Prior experience caring for children ages 0–2 (in a childcare or ministry setting) is preferred. Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to the Sunday-only schedule. The ability to lift and carry infants and toddlers and to remain attentive throughout the session.

This role is in the 2/3 year old room. It includes a lesson, worship, snack, playground and free play. You will have an assistant.

They will be participating in large groups, small groups, classrooms, and sensory rooms if needed. Experience with Autism/ADHD is highly preferred. Coffee and a light breakfast will be provided.
