This job is located at our RIVERSIDE location: 3000 NW 50th Street Riverside MO 64150 Childcare workers will be responsible for caring for children of staff and volunteers during our leadership meeting. Parents will be on-site for the entire duration of the event. To ensure a safe and structured environment, children will be divided into 2 age categories: Infants through 4 years old, and Elementary age. We will have a minimum of 2 caregivers with each group and I will do my best to place you with your preferred age group. Dinner will be provided for caregivers and children.

This position is to help with our babies through 3 year olds at church every Sunday beginning August 2. The person filling this position should understand and be patient with toddler behavior and able to gently redirect children when needed. They will be holding and comforting crying children, sitting on the floor and playing, reading a story, providing a snack, and changing diapers when needed and before the parent picks up their child. The typical attendance is between 6 and 12 children. Before you all toys should be picked up, the room tidy, and stack chairs!
