Childcare Helper - Ministry Event. We are paying $20/hour to fill this positions. Hi! We are a midsized church located in West Ashley, Charleston, looking for a caring and dependable childcare helper to help with childcare during a marriage conference. What We’re Looking For: Someone who genuinely loves working with kids (infants through 5th grade). Comfortable caring for children in a church setting alongside other caregivers and teen helpers (we always ensure at least two adults/volunteers are present in each room). Certified in Darkness to Light (child sexual abuse prevention training) or a comparable program, with proof of certification required prior to serving. Details: Parents will be onsite at the event. Children might be spread across a few rooms based on age. Please dress modestly and appropriately for working with children. Out of respect for the children and families, cell phone use while supervising kids is discouraged.
