Why wasn't my group account approved?

Group accounts are reviewed by SitterTree’s Support team before being approved.

Accounts may not be approved for a variety of reasons. Common reasons include:

In some cases, your account may require updates before it can be approved. If so, you’ll receive an email with instructions to update information like your name, address, or profile photo.
