Welcome every child with warmth and enthusiasm. Teach the weekly Bible lesson using the provided curriculum. Lead age-appropriate worship, activities, games, and small group discussions. Encourage participation and help children apply biblical truths to everyday life. Create a fun, engaging, and safe classroom environment. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness before and after each service. Follow all Leaders Kids safety policies and check-in/check-out procedures. Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents and ministry leaders. Distribute and encourage the use of LK Bucks according to ministry guidelines. Pray with and for the children during each service. Work together with classroom assistants and ministry leaders as one team.
