Life Fellowship Church is seeking caring, reliable, and engaging sitters to serve in our Preschool (2 – 5 years old) classrooms during Sunday services. Sitters will help create a safe, loving, and fun environment where children can learn about God through age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities Follow the provided lesson plan and curriculum for the day. Engage with children through activities, play, and conversation. Teach the Bible story and help reinforce the day’s main point. Maintain the service schedule (approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes per service). Assist with check-in, snack time (if applicable), and clean-up. Work collaboratively with other classroom leaders. Provide attentive care, ensuring safety and well-being at all times. Schedule & Availability Must be available to work Sunday mornings. May be scheduled for multiple consecutive services. Break-time during or between service will be coordinated with the service captain. Qualifications Must be a Christian. Experience working with children ages 0–5 preferred. Ability to follow a set curriculum and classroom schedule. Energetic, patient, and dependable. Must be comfortable leading small group activities.
