The Victory Kids Contract Team Member helps create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for kids during weekend services and special events. This role supports the Kids Pastor by assisting with classroom leadership, volunteer support, setup, and ministry operations. Responsibilities Lead or assist in classrooms during weekend services. Help create a safe and welcoming environment for every child. Support volunteers and step into classrooms as needed. Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and organization. Prepare materials and supplies for services. Follow all Victory Kids safety and security procedures. Help ensure services run smoothly. Assist with Kids Camp, VBS, and other ministry events as needed. Qualifications Loves Jesus and enjoys working with kids. Reliable, punctual, and teachable. Positive attitude and works well on a team.
