Core Childcare * Morning Routine: Dress children, prepare breakfast, brush teeth, and organize school bags ( as needed * Meals & Snacks: Plan, prep, and serve nutritious meals and snacks; clean high chairs, dishes, and bottles afterward. * Nap & Sleep Time: Follow established sleep routines, monitor safe sleep practices, and log nap times. * Hygiene & Personal Care: Handle diaper changes, potty training, baths, and sunscreen application when playing outdoors. * Health & Safety: Administer approved medications (with parental consent), manage known allergies, and maintain first-aid readiness. Development & Play * Educational Activities: Engage in age-appropriate play, reading, crafts, and sensory activities. * Physical Activity: Facilitate outdoor play, walks. * Homework & School: Assist with schoolwork, reading practice Household Management * Child's Laundry: Wash, dry, fold, and put away the children's clothing. * Tidying Up: Clean children's bedrooms, organize playrooms (areas) and sterilize toys or bottles. * Light Housekeeping: wipe down kitchen counters, and empty child-related trash Parent Communication * Daily Logs: Keep a written or digital log tracking meals, nap times, diaper changes, and notable milestones. * Instant Updates: Text parents/grandparent with occasional updates or photos during the day. * Supply Management: Notify parents when essentials (formula, wipes, sunscreen) are running low.
