FLEXIBLE START DATE - We have two boys (3.5 years old and 7 months old) located near Douglas McArthur Elementary School in Alexandria, VA. We also have a mid-sized dog. Our oldest son is in half-day (morning) preschool and our baby loves going to library story times. Dad works out of home Mondays and Fridays and is otherwise working from his basement office during the week. Mom is trying to get back to work in the next few months, following her former employer’s closure (USAID). We’re looking for someone positive and proactive with multiples experience who can manage both kids’ schedules (activities and naps), light meal prep (lunches and snacks), and kid-related clean up. Rate: $28-$32/hour Requirements: - Fluent English speaker/reader - Legally allowed to work in the U.S. - Paid via payroll - Has own car to drive to/from work - Can drive the family minivan for kid pick up/drop off and activities Benefits: - PTO - Sick leave - Paid federal holidays - Guaranteed hours
