Position summary: You will provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for infants and toddlers (ages 0–2) during Sunday services at Morningside Church. Responsibilities: You will create a warm, clean, and secure environment while providing direct supervision and hands-on care for the sweet babies at our church. You will feed, change diapers, and comfort children as needed, following each family's instructions, and engage the children through age-appropriate play, holding, and gentle interaction. There will always be at least two people in the nursery, so you will never be on your own. Qualifications and requirements: Genuine warmth toward and patience with infants and young children. Prior experience caring for children ages 0–2 (in a childcare or ministry setting) is preferred. Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to the Sunday-only schedule. The ability to lift and carry infants and toddlers and to remain attentive throughout the session.
