my days and hours are actually flexible. I can add or remove some or change my days. I’ve had a full time nanny for 5 years who is moving. there have been days when I didn’t need her, but she made herself busy. I’d like help some evenings because it’s easier getting kids to sports. some mornings mixed in for appointments. I’m a stay at home mom. mu oldest two at school until 3, my daughter gets out at 1:30 and my baby goes Tues and Thurs until 12:30.
