Hello! I’m Pastor Nick from Multiply Church, and we are looking to hire a few extra hands to support our Kids Ministry team during Revival Nights, September 13–16. During these four nights, children from nursery through 5th grade will attend while their parents participate in the church services. We are looking for caring, responsible individuals who can come alongside our existing Multiply Kids volunteers and help create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for the children. We have three age groups available. We will do our best to place you in your preferred age group, but placements will be first come, first served. Event Schedule Doors for Kids Ministry will open at 6:30 PM, and children will enter their designated spaces for free play. At 7:00 PM, we will begin our Kids Services. The service will look different depending on the age group. Checkout may begin around 8:30 PM, but parents have historically picked up their children later. Staff should be prepared to stay until approximately 9:30 PM or potentially later, depending on when all children have been picked up. Nursery – Ages 0–3 Your primary role will be helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our youngest children. Responsibilities will include: Supervising children and maintaining safety in the room Playing and interacting with the children Helping with snacks Helping maintain order in the room Our regular Multiply Kids volunteers will handle diaper changes as needed, so this will not be part of the sitter's responsibilities. Preschool – Ages 3–6 Your role will be helping children feel safe, welcomed, and engaged throughout the evening. At 7:00 PM, the children will participate in a Kids Service that includes worship, a Bible verse, a Bible lesson, and closing prayer. After the service, the children will transition to their classrooms for: An activity related to the Bible lesson Snacks Questions and discussion A movie to conclude the evening You will help supervise the children, participate in activities, assist with transitions, and help maintain a safe and positive environment. Elementary – 1st–5th Grade Your primary role will be helping maintain a safe and orderly environment for our elementary students. During free play, you will help supervise the children and ensure they are playing safely. During the Kids Service, you will help maintain order, prevent disruptions during the Bible lesson, and encourage children to participate and engage with the service. You Won’t Be Working Alone Every age group will also be staffed by Multiply Kids volunteers who are familiar with our ministry, procedures, and children. You will not be expected to lead the room or figure things out on your own. Our volunteers will be there to provide direction, answer questions, and help with anything that comes up. We are simply looking for a few additional people to come alongside our team and provide extra support during these four nights.
