Location: LakePoint Position Summary: Childcare Workers provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children while supporting their daily care and development. Responsibilities: * Provide attentive, hands-on care and supervision of children. * Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom. * Follow daily schedules, routines, and childcare procedures. * Assist with feeding, diapering, naps, and other basic care needs. * Engage children in age-appropriate play and activities. * Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents and staff. * Follow all church childcare policies and safety guidelines. * Work as part of a team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Qualifications: * Previous childcare experience preferred. * Must be dependable, patient, nurturing, and attentive. * Must be comfortable caring for infants and young children. * Must be willing to complete all required background checks and training.
