Position Summary We're seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable nanny to care for our 6-month-old. This is a ~30 hour position in our home, focused on providing attentive, nurturing care while supporting our baby's development and daily routine. Responsibilities Provide attentive, responsive care throughout the day Follow established feeding schedule (bottle-feeding/breastmilk or formula prep as directed) Manage naps and sleep schedule consistently Diapering, bathing, and general hygiene care Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, reading, sensory play) Track and communicate feeding times, nap times, and any notable moments (via app or notebook — your preference) Maintain a clean, safe environment (sanitizing bottles/toys, tidying play areas) Light meal prep related to baby's care (bottles, eventually purees as baby transitions to solids) Communicate proactively with parents about any concerns, changes in behavior, or needs Qualifications Prior experience caring for infants (0–12 months) required CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to certify) References from prior families, ideally with infants Reliable, punctual, and communicative Comfortable following a structured routine while adapting to a baby's changing needs comfortable with pets, driving requirements, additional household duties
