Hello, my name is Andy (they/them). I've worked in child care for four years and I have experience with children of all ages and abilities. I like to do crafts with kids, I don't mind helping out with chores, and I'm good with pets. I love working with kiddos and would be happy to sit for you! Job experience: I was the Activity Leader at the Northwest Recreation Center for two years, and an Activity Specialist a year before that. At Northwest, I facilitated youth programs for children ages 5-17. This included summer camp, after school, art programs, acting as an inclusion counselor, and planning field trips! I've also worked for many families with neurodivergent children and children with physical disabilities. I was briefly a Youth Advocate for teens in CPS care and then became a Youth Care Worker at Grace Place which also contracted through CPS. I now work as a Human Service Technician at CPS where I support caseworkers and their clients. As far as babysitting, I've worked at Babysitting Connection for the past 4 years for families and local churches in Austin and it's surrounding areas. Fun facts about me: Born and raised in Austin and I love music! I competed in a WGI percussion group for two years and I I love concerts. I also adore animals. I've had many pets over the years and currently have two cats:)
