Hi there! My name is Ashley West, I am 21 years old and a current senior in college. My primary experience in childcare involved taking care of a third-grade student with autism and special needs during his online learning. I attended all lessons with him, assisted him with homework assignments, encouraged and helped him to maintain focus. I promoted his advancement through extra lessons and used class material to extend his learning. I also assisted him participation Speech therapy and Occupational therapy.
