We’re a women-owned and operated app committed to helping parents, preschools, and religious organizations find child care when they need it most. What started as a babysitter’s club in Atlanta has grown into a trusted network across the nation. But what hasn’t changed are the neighborly values SitterTree was founded on—because we believe truly great child care is rooted in community.

Tais
My name is Tais, and I am passionate about creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, build social skills, communicate with their peers, and thrive through play and learning. I have worked with children for the past 6–7 years in a variety of settings including babysitting, after-school programs, co-leading a 2s classroom, leading a 3–4s classroom, and serving in children’s ministry at my church where I have also helped develop Bible curriculum. I am currently attending OCC to continue my studies in Early Childhood Education and hope to transfer to California State University, Fullerton to pursue my bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Development and ESL. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, trying new coffee shops, watching movies, and training and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu!

Peyton
Hi! My name is Peyton Fisher and I am 21 years old. I have grown up babysitting my 2 younger sisters and taking care of my 9 younger cousins, as well as babysitting for families in my neighborhood and church. I recently worked as a Program Leader for elementary and middle schools where I was in charge of groups of up to 15 children for their after school daycare and lessons. I also volunteered at a pediatric physical therapy clinic where I interacted with young children and helped them get through their appointments. In high school I was a part of Best Buddies and Unified Sport Program as I assisted students with disabilities and autism.

Tegan
Hi! My name is Tegan Mcilrath and I am a graduate student studying Speech Language Pathology. I have had over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids. I truly love creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment where kids can learn and play! I have experience working as a nanny for multiple families. I was also a daycare provider, supervising classrooms of up to 25 children. As the former president of my university’s Disability Care Club, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with children and individuals with disabilities. My background in speech-language pathology has given me additional knowledge of child development and communication. I would love the opportunity to continue in childcare!

Sarita
Hi! I’m a mother of 10 with over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I also homeschooled my children for many years, so I have extensive experience with nurturing, teaching, supervising, organizing activities, and managing multiple children at once. I genuinely love children and believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, encouraged, and cared for. I’m patient, dependable, attentive, and comfortable caring for both individual children and larger families.
