🤗Hi, I’m Hailey! My passion is taking care of children, any age! I’m a mom, myself, so I know how important it is making sure you’re picking the right person to babysit…Well I’m here for all your needs! I respect parent’s wishes and whatever you say goes! I excel in infants-toddler age, as I’ve had the most experience in that range and I’ve worked as a preschool teacher before. I have plenty of experience with children dealing with disabilities such as ASD, down syndrme, physical disabilities, etc. Safety and care is #1 priority. I have 2 families I currently babysit for…I’m looking to expand and fill in the gaps. Any questions? I’d love to chat! I am 63 and a mom of 5 adult children and 7 beautiful grandchildren. I am a faithful Christian. I worked out of my home, while raising my kids, as a medical transcriptionist for 20+ years. Before that, I worked in a Mother’s Day out program at Hillsboro Church of Christ for 10+ years. I took care and/or taught ages 6 weeks to 4 years. I love all children and I’m comfortable sitting for all ages. I don’t just “watch” them, I love to interact with them. If they play on the floor, I sit on the floor with them. Reading to them or listening to them read to me is one of my favorite activities. I really enjoy the conversations kids come up with too. I am CPR and first aid certified. Thankfully, I’ve not ever had to use it and pray I never do. I will always respect and stick to parent’s rules and routines to my best of ability. I also don’t mind preparing meals and snacks. My house was the place my kids and their friends always hung out, which was great bc I knew what my kids were doing. A few of the their friends have reached out to me, thanking me for always welcoming and loving them while growing up, even stating that my house felt like their safe zone. I never knew that until recently. It was most humbling. I’ve been room mom, soccer mom, baseball and softball mom, Boy Scout mom, Girl Scout cookie mom, and high school band mom, just to name a few of the hats I proudly wore. I’m very active with my grandkids now. I hope I get to meet you soon . 😊
