PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT READING. Hi! We have two boys, 7 and 9 and no pets. I am looking for some consistent support for afternoons/weeknights and occasional weekends. We need more people in our village. Our boys are very intelligent, funny and creative. They have varying levels of ADHD and need someone who can navigate neurodivergence with grace and flexibility but maintain boundaries over time. Both are medicated and have supports beyond medication to address the whole mind and body. I am organized, more type A, and need a cleaner space for mental health. The right sitters can balance engaging with kids, multi tasking, cleaning up as you go, and/or prioritizing cleaning up when the kids are independently playing or in bed. Tidying up where you play and eat are expected. We have a security system with cameras outside and inside the home and always want sitters to feel comfortable knowing they are there. Most jobs will be after school into early evening - being a second set of hands to play outside or on another level of the house with one child if they separate, assemble or prepare a simple dinner (usually previously cooked!), help with bath time and bedtime. I will need nights with total support as well. Looking for someone trusted who can slide in to our family’s rhythm and be willing to play a game of horse, chop strawberries, read aloud or complete through the nighttime routine and make sure the house isn’t a disaster when we return. Warm, fun, trustworthy, intuitive, patient, and able to multitask = non negotiables. I am looking for this Thursday - we will leave at 6:40 and return at 8:45 but also consistent Thursdays for our married small group meeting for church and our school’s meetings.

We’re looking for a reliable, caring babysitter to help with our infant daughter on Friday mornings from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM on a consistent weekly basis.
