Responsibilities: -Provide safe, attentive, and encouraging care for children during two church services. -Supervise playtime and simple activities -Ensure a calm, welcoming environment for children of varying ages. -Follow basic safety guidelines and church policies. -Communicate respectfully with parents and church staff as needed. Qualifications: -Experience caring for children and infants. -Dependable, punctual, and responsible. -Patient, kind, and comfortable working with groups of children and infants.

This is an ideal position for college students, early childhood educators, or experienced babysitters looking for a consistent, low-stress, high-paying Sunday morning gig. Zero Curriculum Prep Required! Our Director handles all lesson planning, crafts, supply prep, and volunteer management. Your primary job is simply to show up on time, bring high energy, and create a safe, playful, and nurturing environment for the kids. The study itself runs from 9-11, but asking for an extra 15min on both sides of the start and end times for drop-off/pick-up. We will have a dedicated leader planning the structure of the two hours for the kids, which includes snacks.
