Key Responsibilities - Prepare and set up the children’s ministry area before services - Supervise, engage, and care for children during services - Lead assigned lessons, games, crafts, and activities - Execute teaching curriculum and attend curriculum prep sessions - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment - Encourage children’s spiritual growth through Christ-centered interactions - Clean and reset the children’s area after services - Follow all church childcare and safety procedures Qualifications - Committed Christian with a passion for serving children and families - Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with children preferred - Ability to follow ministry curriculum and guidance effectively
