Nanny (Marietta, GA)
We’re looking for an exceptional, reliable, and caring nanny to help with our two children, who are in first grade and pre-k. Our primary needs are weekday afternoon school pickup and transportation to extracurricular activities on select days. We’d also love help with after-school homework for our eldest, preparing simple meals/snacks, and light household tidying. We’re looking for someone warm, responsible, organized, and genuinely engaging with children. The ideal person is proactive, an excellent communicator, has a safe driving record, and can help keep our afternoons running smoothly. Most importantly, we want someone who will care for our girls with kindness and become a trusted, long-term part of our family.

FULL-TIME PROFESSIONAL NANNY — INFANT + TODDLER We are looking for an experienced, professional nanny to join our family full-time. We have two children, 4 months and 2 years old. The position is primarily for our infant, but we need someone who is fully comfortable caring for both children simultaneously if our 2-year-old remains home with us. We are looking for someone who views nannying as a profession and is calm, patient, dependable, proactive, engaging, safety-conscious, and genuinely nurturing. Household responsibilities are limited to those directly related to the children and their care. A Few Important Family Expectations: We value engaged, hands-on childcare and want our children to spend their days interacting, moving, playing, learning, and exploring rather than being passively entertained. We also ask that personal phone use during the day be kept to a minimum so the nanny can remain present and engaged with the children. Punctuality and reliability are very important to us, so we are looking for someone whose commute is practical for a long-term position. We also ask our nanny to share their location with us while working and when transporting the children. We value open communication and want a nanny who is comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, sharing observations about the children, and collaborating with us on their care and development. Compensation: $20–$28/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and whether the position involves care of one or both children. We are seeking a full-time, long-term nanny who wants to become a trusted part of our family and provide excellent, developmentally focused care. Hiring Process: We will require professional references and conduct standard background and driving record checks as part of our hiring process. A trail day will be required before hiring for full-time.
