The Learning Academy of Georgia Position Title: Floater Teacher / Flexible Classroom Support Staff Position Summary: The Floater Teacher is responsible for assisting teachers and supporting classrooms throughout the center as needed. Floaters help maintain classroom ratios, provide breaks and coverage for staff, assist with daily classroom routines, and ensure a safe, clean, and positive learning environment for all children. This position requires flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work with multiple age groups including infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-k, and school-age children. We’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy babysitter who would love to get to know our family and become someone we can consistently count on over time. We’re mainly looking for help with occasional date nights, evenings around bedtime, and weekends, as well as some extra support when either my husband or I are traveling for work. Our needs won’t follow a set weekly schedule—some weeks may be busier than others—but we’d love to find someone with some flexibility who we can reach out to when we need an extra set of hands.
