Nursery caregiver, to watch & play with our littles, or you may be asked to assist in a classroom as an aide to our volunteer Teachers. We also have a "buddy" system for our special needs students, so you may be asked to assist in that area.

The vKids Contract Worker helps create an excellent, safe, and fun experience for kids during weekend services. This role supports classroom flow, and volunteer teams while representing the heart and mission of Victory Church. Key Responsibilities Lead or assist in classrooms and ensure rooms are fully prepared before services Engage children in ministry activities while maintaining safety standards Arrive on time and communicate any scheduling changes to leadership Foster a positive, gossip-free, faith-filled environment Expectations Follow all policies and uphold Victory Church values Maintain a Christlike attitude and model integrity in all interactions Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Active faith in Jesus Christ Experience in children’s ministry preferred Dependable, teachable, and a strong team player Dress Code Team members should wear appropriate, casual attire that reflects a clean, put-together appearance while allowing for active engagement with children. Clothing should be comfortable, modest, and practical for being on the floor and moving throughout the classroom. Sweatpants and overly casual “loungewear” are not permitted. Leggings are acceptable when paired with a shirt that provides full coverage. Pool-style sandals are not allowed. Clothing must be free of profanity or inappropriate graphics. Please come dressed ready to serve and represent vKids well.
