Hello, I am Ms. Patricia Armendariez! I live in Charlotte, North Carolina with my two sons, ages 20 and 17. I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I graduated from Cleveland State University, (Go Vikings!) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and worked in healthcare for 18 years. I really enjoyed teaching patients and decided to go back to school to pursue an education degree and graduated from Rio Salado College in Tempe, Arizona. This is my 12th year of teaching. I have taught Elementary, Middle School, and currently teach High School English Language Learners. When I am not teaching, I enjoy traveling, exercising, hiking, painting, cooking, reading, watching movies and shows, and spending time with my family and friends. I have been working with children since 2002 in both healthcare and in education. I worked in the drop-in childcare at the YMCA taking care of babies to children 8 years old.
