I am great sitter because I have worked with variety of ages that include ages 6 weeks-12 years old. I started working in preschool schools when I worked at the Suzuki School in Atlanta, Ga. Since then I’ve worked at Vinings Academy and God’s Chosen Development Center and Amana Academy. I am experienced with infants. I know how to interact with them and will keep them on their bottle and sleep schedules. I am comfortable changing diapers. I am calm under pressure but know how to be creative and fun. Hello! I’m LAUREN! a little fun fact about me… I have 3 children. 8 & 9 & a busy body 3year old! They are my world. Keep me on my toes lol. I have always loved working with children. Their happiness always becomes my happiness and even though there may have been times where young children are troublesome, I was so proud see them learn right from wrong. I have worked in childcare as being a lead teacher and assistant , volunteered at multiple churches and afterschool care. Hi - My name is Maya and I'm currently a graduate student at Johns Hopkins SAIS. I've been working with kids since I was 13 and love it. I started by watching my younger brother and sister and then began babysitting and tutoring kids in our neighborhood. Over the last few years, I've worked primarily with toddlers and young kids, but I am most comfortable with children 9 months and older. If it's nice out, I like to take the kids outside, but if not, I whip out my arts and craft skills :) I also tutor children and assist with virtual learning for all ages in all subjects, including Spanish.
