Rebekah
Hi!! My name is Rebekah, and I am 21 years old. I was born and raised in Medical Lake, Washington, on the state's east side. I wanted to get out of state for college and found Oral Roberts University, which is a little farther than I thought I would go. Now I cannot think of anywhere I would want to be more. I am a junior studying nursing. My hope and dream is to help people, and I was set on working in the NICU, but now I'm unsure. I found my exposure to all ages of children through my best friend's family, who has 7 kids, and I ended up watching the youngest 5 on occasion. The other experience with children came through the churches back home, watching my youth leader's baby or helping with the kids' midweek service in the pre-K room. Other interactions came through helping with the kindergarten class at my school on some occasions. I love interacting with children to see how they think and view the world. I love watching them experience new things. They are such precious creations of God.

Jordan
Hi! I'm someone who truly enjoys spending time with children and creating a safe, fun, and positive environment where they can learn and grow. I'm caring, nurturing, patient, and energetic, and I love keeping kids engaged through outdoor activities, games, crafts, sports, and creative play. I have experience coaching children in sports and teaching horseback riding lessons, which has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to encourage confidence while making learning fun. I also babysat throughout high school and have been fortunate to help care for my many nieces and nephews over the years, giving me experience with children of different ages and personalities. Helping others has always been one of my greatest passions. I enjoy teaching, supporting children's development, and building meaningful connections with the families I work with. Whether it's helping with homework, planning fun activities, preparing meals, or simply providing dependable, attentive care, I strive to make every child feel safe, happy, and valued. I would love the opportunity to care for your little ones and provide them with a positive, engaging, and nurturing experience while giving you peace of mind.

Joy
Hi! My name is Joy Toku and I live in Tulsa with my family while currently attending ORU--majoring in Computer Engineering. I have a heart for working with children of all ages and abilities. I currently serve at Victory Church, caring for children with special needs between the ages of 4–12. I’ve also gained hands-on experience by helping my sister care for little ones from just a few weeks old up to age 8. In addition, I’ve spent the past year tutoring students in grades 3, 4, 10, 11, and 12, which has helped me grow in patience, communication, and creative teaching methods. I love singing, cooking, crocheting, and reading—and I often incorporate those interests into fun, engaging activities with the kids I care for. I believe every child is precious and unique. Being part of their growth and development brings me joy and I’m always honored to be someone they can trust and learn from.

Charmae
Hi! I’m Charmae! I’m a second-year teacher at Solid Foundation and a graduate of Oral Roberts University. I’ve been working with children for 6 years through teaching, babysitting, and camp counseling. I’ve cared for kids from 4 months to 14 years old and also have experience teaching dance to ages 3–8. I I love how unique each child is and how differently they see the world. I’m honored to witness that and contribute to the whimsy of childhood.
