How do reviews work?
Reviews help families and groups choose sitters and help you build a strong profile. After each completed job, both you and the family or group can leave feedback.
When families and groups leave reviews
After a completed job, families and groups can leave a star rating and written review. Reviews are optional and will be visible on your profile for future families and groups to see.
Your rating
Your overall rating is based on reviews from past jobs. It helps families and groups understand your experience, reliability, and quality of care. You’ll need to maintain at least a 4.5-star rating to stay active on SitterTree.
Do sitters review families and groups?
Yes. After a job, you can leave a star rating and written review for the family or group. This two-way review system helps maintain trust across the platform. Your review is optional and will be visible to the family or group and other sitters.
