When will I get paid for a job?

After you request payment, you can check the status anytime by going to Payments > Past jobs.

Payment timing

Families and groups have up to 24 hours to review requests and complete payment.

If a payment is disputed

Families and groups can dispute a payment request if something looks incorrect, such as:

  • Start or end times
  • Missing or incorrect unpaid break time
  • A no-show

If a dispute is submitted, SitterTree Support may take up to an additional 48 hours to review and process it. To help avoid delays, submit accurate details with your payment request.

If payment is delayed

In some cases, payment may take longer than 24 hours. This can happen if there’s an issue charging the payment method.

If it’s been more than 24 hours since you requested payment and it hasn’t been completed, contact SitterTree Support.
