My name is Andrew Smith IV, and I have had a passion for serving and mentoring children from a young age. Growing up, I often helped care for my younger siblings. From around fifth grade through my senior year of high school, I regularly assisted with watching them, helping with daily responsibilities such as washing dishes, changing diapers, preparing activities, and making sure they were engaged with age-appropriate programs, including educational and Christian cartoons. During my high school years, I also volunteered with children’s programs and helped organize events and activities for younger kids. As I grew older, I became more involved in leadership roles. By my senior year of high school, I was leading Bible study groups for children and serving as a youth leader at my church. In this role, I mentored and encouraged students ranging from elementary school through high school, helping them grow in their faith and develop positive values. These experiences taught me responsibility, patience, leadership, and the importance of investing in the lives of young people. They also strengthened my desire to serve others
