Hey, I’m Sharita! I have over 10 years of childcare experience. I’m CPR and First Aid certified and currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs. I hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work with a minor in Nonprofit Leadership and a Master’s in Exceptional Student Teaching with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as I work toward becoming a BCBA. I’m passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. Whether it’s helping with routines, homework, or fun activities, I approach every child with patience, respect, and genuine care. I am so excited to work with families and make an impact on any child’s life.
