Alison

I’m Alison, and I’ve spent over 20 years working with children & youth. I’m currently a Youth Sports Director at a local YMCA and coach middle school boys basketball. I’ve worked in youth sports and also youth wellness at 3 YMCAs for around 4 years. I’ve coached or directed basketball camps for over 20 years, spent 12 years as a substitute teacher (including long-term positions) in Florida & Maryland, and I’ve done occasional babysitting and part-time nannying for 10 years. I also teach team-building & leadership to athletic and after-school programs.
