My name is Raegan Keane-Dawes, and I have a strong passion for working with children. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience providing nurturing care and early education to toddlers and young children in various professional settings. My journey includes roles such as a Lead Toddler Teacher at Parker Chase Preschool, where I designed engaging lesson plans, facilitated age-appropriate activities, and built meaningful relationships with children and parents to create a positive learning environment. In addition to that, I worked as a Toddler Teacher at both Peachy Kids Academy and Bright Horizons Daycare, where I fostered social development and maintained safe, stimulating environments for children aged 1 to 3. My early experience began at Focused Ministries as a Nursery Worker, where I provided age-appropriate care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and happiness. Through these roles, I’ve honed my ability to connect with children, support their growth, and collaborate with families to enhance their developmental journey. My dedication to fostering a caring, fun, and enriching environment for young learners has always been at the core of my work.
