Heheh Responsibilities I take care of students between the grades of pre-k to second grade. I make lesson plans, crafts, help with homework and do activities with all grade levels. I ensure safety, pull snack and teach them. I also volunteer on my off time at the school to chaperone all field trips, field day and any event. I am the Site Coordinator and in charge of all staff in my before and after school program, along with all the paperwork including payroll, billing, ordering, ratios, etc. I also taught Pre-K for six years. Past years I’ve worked the summer program. Which involved me working with grade levels from pre-k to fifth grade. Running large numbers of students, chaperoning field trips and coordinating events along with my daily duties listed above. I am the person that communicates with all parents regarding billing, behavoir and anything else they might need. Accomplishments I have helped many children pull their grades up by focusing on their homework. I teach the difference between tattling and telling, along with safety. Resolved petty arguments between students and over all have just felt better about my time with the children. Organized I am highly organized and run a very tight knit program. My paperwork is always complete, on time and without mistakes. I keep records and am proficient in Excel, Canva and word. Skills Used Different methods to teach, showing the younger students how to write and read, executing crafts and watching children.
