Hello, my name is Mycire, From babysitting since age 12 to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), my childcare journey has been diverse and comprehensive. I've honed my skills through hands-on experience, starting with individual babysitting jobs and expanding to daycare settings where I managed up to 12 children at once. This progression has equipped me with a deep understanding of child development, behavior management, and the importance of creating a nurturing environment.
