With over 15 years of extensive experience as a sitter, dedicated to focusing on infants and children with special needs. My journey in child care began with working in a daycare setting and then transitioning to becoming a Texas certified Early Intervention Specialist while still working in a daycare Church setting. In this role, I developed a keen understanding of the unique needs of children with autism and various disabilities, employing tailored strategies to promote their development and well-being. Throughout the years I have had the privilege of working with diverse families, managing a variety of babysitting jobs that have enriched my experience and skill set. My hands-on approach allows me to create a safe, engaging, and loving environment where children can thrive. I excel in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families, which has been instrumental in delivering personalized care that meets each child's individual needs. My passion for working with infants is particularly notable; I find immense joy in their growth and milestones. I am well-versed in infant care techniques, including diaper changes, feeding, and establishing sleep routines, always prioritizing their safety and comfort. I have a minor from Texas State University and family child development.
