Matilde

Hi! I’m Matilde. I recently graduated from UW–Madison, and working with kids has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I’m currently a Camp Captain at Red Caboose Summer Camp, where I lead outdoor games, crafts, and social-emotional activities for upper elementary students. I also have over five years of experience as a museum educator, where I created engaging programs for children of all ages. I’ve supported many neurodivergent kids, both in lower and upper elementary, and I care deeply about building strong, one-on-one connections that help them feel safe, confident, and seen. Some of my favorite things to do with kids include cooking projects, outdoor STEM exploration, puzzles, and creative art activities.
