My name is Andrea Macarena Ganoza, I am 27 years old. I recently graduated nursing school. I gained experience as a caregiver and also have extensive experience babysitting during my undergraduate years. Nursing has also allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the needs of infants and young children. In addition to babysitting, I had the opportunity to precept and shadow nurses and doctors in the NICU and pediatric unit, which provided me with valuable hands-on experience in caring for newborns and young patients. I also dedicated my time as a volunteer at the Palm Beach Children's Hospital, where I had the privilege of hosting events that brought joy to the children's lives. I was working as an assistant administrator at an assisted living facility specializing in memory care back in Florida. This role has given me valuable experience in managing and caring for elderly individuals and has enhanced my skills in providing compassionate and attentive care. Furthermore, I am actively involved in hospice care as a volunteer, which has provided me with a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and their families during end-of-life stages. Given my medical background and experience in caring for individuals of all ages, I am genuinely interested in being a nanny. I find great joy in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Being a nanny would not only allow me to utilize my caregiving skills, but it would also provide me with the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and their families on a more personal level. Although I am scheduled to take my nursing boards in late Falll, I am eager to secure a position as a nanny now. This would enable me to continue building my skills while providing excellent care to children
