Michelle

Hello! My name is Michelle, and I am a teacher at a private school for special needs children. I have experience teaching children from ages 7 - 20 and I love them all! Prior to this, I have experience as a nanny for three wonderful families with children ranging in ages between infant and middle school. I also have experience as an Assistant Teacher at a Montessori school. In my previous nanny positions, I made sure the children stayed busy with activities, such as ensuring the older children (who were home-schooled) were doing their school work, as well as keeping the younger children busy with arts and crafts, playing outside, taking them to parks, and museums. I also helped out with food preparation and light housekeeping, such as kitchen clean up. Furthermore, I am a mom to three sons, ages 19, 16, and 15, one who has high functioning Autism. Now that they are getting older, I have more time in my schedule to do what I love doing best - caring for children (in addition to teaching)!
